How Toastmasters Develops Leadership

1. Pathways Projects
   Toastmasters' learning program (Pathways) includes entire modules focused on leadership. You’ll practice skills like conflict resolution, team building, and mentoring — all through doing, not just theory.
   
2. Club Roles
   Taking on roles like Toastmaster, Timer, or General Evaluator helps you build:
   1. Time management
   2. Meeting facilitation
      
   3. Team coordination
      
   4. Clear communication under pressure
      
3. Executive Committee
   Clubs are member-run, so there are chances to serve as President, VP Membership, or Treasurer — offering real-world leadership experience in a supportive setting.
   
4. Mentoring & Coaching
   As you grow, you’ll have the chance to guide others. Giving feedback, helping new members, or leading a project sharpens your ability to motivate and support others.

We meet on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of each month.

Meetings start at 7:00pm sharp and ask everyone arrive by 6.50pm and they’re usually over by 9:30pm Meetings go for around 2.5 hours, with a break in the middle.
